Bar Services
We don’t charge a corkage fee, which can be a huge savings for you! We also work with some incredible vendors that provide exceptional bar services, custom cocktails, speciality kegs and more! Ask us for details.

With a room available for cocktail hour while the main room is being flipped from ceremony to reception, to get ready rooms, we have spaces that suit your every need.

The Foundation package
Starting at $1,000
Ideal for clients who need professional support with the physical setup and breakdown of their event. This service includes venue access, basic furniture, cleaning, and an Event Host to oversee logistics. We create a tailored floor plan, handle setting up tables and chairs, provide the basic technology (not managed), and provide a Google Meet planning session to align on your layout and needs. This base package is key for a smooth, efficient setup and takedown without full event coordination.
The coordination package
Starting at $2,500
We provide end-to-end support to ensure your event runs smoothly! This service includes coordination for your event, covering venue management, basic furniture, technology (not managed), cleaning, and professional on site management with an Event Host. We create a tailored floor plan, and offer design consultations via Google Meet, including ordering and setting up décor. The package also includes additional staff to handle table and chair setup, coordination with up to three other vendors, and an extra site visit to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned.
The styled experience package
Starting at $2,000
Perfect for clients who want a beautifully styled event without full coordination. This service includes venue access, basic furniture, cleaning, and an Event Host to oversee the day. We create a tailored floor plan, handle table and chair setup, and meet with you via Google Meet for planning and a dedicated design consultation. Our team will source and order décor on your behalf, professionally set up all décor elements, and provide additional staff to ensure everything is installed seamlessly. Basic technology is included but not managed, allowing you to focus on enjoying a thoughtfully designed and well-executed event.
preferred vendors
Catering
We have a list of preferred catering companies, meaning we can attest to their wonderful product and service. They know our spaces inside and out, and also offer bartending services. If you have your heart set on an outside caterer or bartender then please let us know!
TECH
Most venues have in-house tech such as lighting, sound and projection. This includes microphones, speakers and a few other things to enhance your experience. However, DJ services or live music are not included. Confirm with your DJ on what equipment they can provide.
