Total: $350.00 | $70.00 per night for 5 nights

Terms & Conditions

• Payment is required at the start of the month.

• You can come at any time on your reserved nights. Just let the host know at least 24 hours prior so there are no surprises.

• You will have access to a google calendar to reserve your nights, reserve early to avoid disappointment.

• Your host may or may not be there when you visit.

• If the host isn’t there, you’ll enjoy the place to yourself. Please keep in mind that the 2nd room may have another person eventually, but that would be rare.

• There will only be a few other friends and family staying in the month, so you won't have too much trouble reserving your dates (except special occasion dates).

• Cancellation Policy - There is flexibility if enough notice is provided. For high request dates such as long weekends, you may be charged.

COVID-19 policy

Availability will only be available when restrictions ease. Measures will be taken, and this will be discussed with the host.

Pet Policy

• It’s a pet-friendly space

• Sherlock is a permanent host and Watson will visit

• Both are hypoallergenic

• Other dogs are allowed, assuming Sherlock approves (bribes of carrots accepted)

• Can I bring a partner/friend if we share a room?

• When can I come/when do I have to leave?
  Whenever! Just let me know your plans, preferably 24 hours before

• What’s the cancellation policy?
  I’m not worried about it too much. It’s only if it prevents someone else from coming out (ie: on a popular day or something) that you may get charged

• When do I pay?
  At the beginning of the month

• What if I want to change the number of days?
  No problem. Just maybe give me a 30-day notice so I can budget accordingly

• So do I just let myself into your house?
  Yep! You’re a roomie now so my house is your house.

• Can I just come for the day to work and not stay overnight?
  Of course! Currently, there isn’t a rate for that but if it’s popular I’ll look into it

• Is this a private BnB?
  You will have your own private room. The host may be staying when you’re there. In the future, a second single bedroom may become available. In which case, you may have another guest, however, this would be rare.

• What can I do in the area?
