How to get here

Our venues are in the Ramsay Design Centre, which is a low brick building on the East side of 11 Street SE. Enter through the south parking lot (you’ll see the Barre Body Studio signs near the entrance) and the venue entrance is the main entrance to the building.

By car

By Foot or Bike

We are situated near many bike paths and the Elbow River. You can store your bike at the bike at the bicycle-rack outside the front door.

By Calgary Transit

There are approximately 5 bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance of the Ramsay Design Centre. Bus routes include the 302 and 24, and Calgary Transit can help you plan your ride.

By C-Train

The nearest C-Train station is Erlton/Stampede, which is approximately a 20 minute walk to and from the Ramsay Design Centre.

Where to park

The Ramsay Design centre is bustling with stylish enterprises and like any downtown office - is known to have its parking woes. But we’re here to the rescue!

Weekday

We have an abundance of hourly paid stalls for you to park your car located a short walk away (see above for maps). You can also find free parking in the community, only steps away from our venues.

Ask us about adding the paid lot to your event booking for hassle-free guest parking!

Weekend/Evening

We have free parking onsite in our North and South lots as well as paid parking in the Impark lot a short distance away. See above for downloadable maps.

On-site visitor parking is available at Calgary Parking Authority Lot 61 (Zone 9061).

by public transit

Contemporary Calgary is beside the West Kerby station.

ACCESSIBILITY

Contemporary Calgary is a wheelchair-accessible venue with designated accessibility parking and washrooms. Wheelchairs are also available on site. Please visit our welcome desk for assistance.

How to get here

The Grand is easy to find! It is located right at the corner of 1st Street and 6 Ave SW. Just look out for our prominent red neon sign on the side of our building.

By car

By public transit

The GRAND is easily accessible by Calgary Transit. If you are traveling from NW Tuscany or West 69th Street Stations, please get off the train at 3rd Street station. IF you are traveling from NE Saddletowne or South Somerset-Bridlewood, please get off at 1st Street station.

Where to park

Street parking in downtown Calgary is free after 6:00pm. Daytime parking is available a two parkades nearby.
