Our EVENT Process

with us to explore our venues and discuss the vision for our event.

Decide

on the type of services you are choosing for your event.

confirm

your event with us. We will send you a contract to sign and an invoice for your first payment.

In addition to being in contact via email, we will meet in person at least twice to discuss details.

You will confirm with us all your event services details like rentals, vendors and insurance.

payment

The remaining payment will be due along with any additional event services as well as your damage deposit.

We will meet at the agreed time and walk through the space and answer any last questions.

Your venue team will be there throughout the event to make sure it all goes smoothly.

clean up

We ask you to return the room in its original condition. We do a final walk through of the space and return the damage deposit (barring no damages).

Additional add-ons such as photo booths, live entertainment, custom branding, menu substitutions, and additional decor are available.

D.I.Y. Events

Our venues boast exceptional and convertible event spaces that are sure to make your next event a memorable one. Our D.I.Y. packages offer our clients the opportunity to utilize our venues in a way that is unique to them. Our team is here to facilitate, communicate and support you throughout the event planning process to ensure that your event exceeds expectations.

All of our D.i.y. packages include:

  • Furniture and amenities (varies by venue)

  • A dedicated Event Architect and day-of Event Host

  • Access to our list of preferred vendors

  • Basic A/V and tech equipment (varies by venue)
