We offer a variety of services in preparation for your event, such as overall event curation vendor relations, decor set up and design. During your event, we have a variety of staff on-site that will make sure your gathering goes off without a hitch!

Included staff
All venue packages include at minimum one event host who will be onsite for the entirety of your affair. They are there to greet you and be available to you throughout your event to make sure any venue-related issues are addressed.
Depending on the nature of your event, the following staff may be added on:

What services are included in my rental?
The included services depend on your type of event as well as the venue you have chosen. In general, the following services are included:
An Event Architect to help you through the booking process
An on-site venue coordinator for the day of your event
Furniture (depends on the room)

Venue Coordinator
As part of your experience we include a day-of Venue Coordinator who is available to greet your guests and vendors, manage the venue, and work with your team to assist with room flips.
No corkage fee!
One highlight of our space is we don’t charge a corkage fee - which means you can bring in your own alcohol - often a huge cost-savings for your day.
+ Turn-key events & holiday parties
Our Turn Key events are specifically curated all-inclusive events. We take on the planning, vendor relations, set up and tear down - leaving you to enjoy your event without any stress. Please contact us if you want to find out more about turn-key events.

Venue Coordinator
As part of your experience we include a day-of Venue Coordinator who is available to greet your guests and vendors, manage the venue, and work with your team to assist with room flips.
How many meetings do we have and what do we discuss?
We want to give you every opportunity to ask questions and iron out your details with us. As part of your venue rental fee you receive up to three 1-hour meetings with our Event Architect in addition to your initial meeting.
The first meeting will take place three months out so you can ask us any questions. The second meeting is before you submit your final event details (usually a month before your date). The final meeting will take place one week before your date where we lock in the final details.
In order to respect everyone’s time, we connect with you before each meeting to agree on an agenda. We are happy to answer any further questions with you over email or phone. Additional in-person meetings may attract a fee of $100/hr.
Additional services
Do you offer event planning services?
We do! We have different tiers of event planning services. For an additional charge, we offer all-inclusive event planning services which include items such as rentals, liaising with vendors such as caterers, musicians and bartenders and essentially bringing your vision to life through design and decor. We work with a team of event planners who specialize in a myriad of event styles, so you are sure to get the expertise you require.

Do you offer day-off coordination services?
Have peace of mind that all the details of your event will come together as you envisioned. We offer day-of coordination to ensure your event goes off without a hitch and you are able to truly enjoy every moment of the day.
Will you set up the room for us?
This depends on the venue you choose. Each venue has specific needs and requirements - our Event Architect will be able to answer all questions about your chosen venue and the specific room. Check out our additional services here.
