The Coordination Package

We provide end-to-end support to ensure your event runs smoothly! This service includes coordination for your event, covering venue management, basic furniture, technology (not managed), cleaning, and professional on site management with an Event Host. We create a tailored floor plan, and offer design consultations via Google Meet, including ordering and setting up décor. The package also includes additional staff to handle table and chair setup, coordination with up to three other vendors, and an extra site visit to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned.
The Signature wedding experience
(Ceremony & Reception)

This package is designed to take care of all the essential details so you can enjoy your special day stress-free! With venue access from 10am-2am the next day, basic furniture, cleaning, and professional support from a dedicated Wedding Host. We create a tailored floor plan, and provide two Google Meet planning sessions, plus a full rehearsal 1–2 days prior. On the day, we handle the room set up of your personal décor, ceremony setup and facilitation, flip the space from ceremony to reception, manage basic technology during the ceremony and rehearsal, and oversee the full tear down. Additional venue staff are included, along with access to load out personal items after the event with a one-hour time slot.
